Varcata la soglia si accede in un ingresso da cui si accede ai vari locali: di fronte in un arioso salotto con tavolo da pranzo, libreria e Smart TV, cucina a vista che si integra perfettamente nello spazio living. A destra dell’ingresso zona office/studio attrezzata con scrivania e libreria da cui si  accede a seconda camera jolly con divano letto con porta a vetri che affaccia anche sulla sala. A sinistra zona notte: Disimpegno con accesso al secondo bagno cieco con doccia, camera matrimoniale con un armadio a due ante e altro armadio ad anta singola.
