L’indirizzo, civico nel primo tratto di viale Monza, garantisce una perfetta comodità e la vicinanza al centro (10 minuti di metropolitana M1).
L’appartamento è caratterizzato dalla funzionalità degli spazi: dall’ingresso ci si trova di fronte al soggiorno, cucina abitabile con balcone separata sulla destra. Sulla sinistra la zona notte: disimpegno armadiato su bagno finestrato dotato di doccia e vasca da bagno. La camera da letto è spaziosa, armadio a 4 ante grandi e dotata  di un balcone.  Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Una soluzione ideale per single e coppie, manager in trasferta che desiderano coniugare una delle zone più comode di Milano e la tranquillità dell’abitare.

Accesso Ospiti: Dal cancello a piano terra si entra da una porta vetro in un ingresso in cui sono presenti due ascensori, saliamo al secondo piano. Varcata la soglia si accede in un ingresso da cui si accede ai vari locali: di fronte in un arioso salotto con tavolo da pranzo, libreria e Smart TV. A sinistra zona notte: Disimpegno armadiato, camera matrimoniale con armadio a quattro ante grandi con balcone. Bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno.  A destra: cucina abitabile super accessoriata con balcone, grande frigorifero, TV , macchina del caffè Nespresso, lavastoviglie, forno ecc.  Pavimenti in marmo. Fermata della metropolitana M1 sotto casa.

Il quartiere: Il quartiere è residenziale e nello stesso tempo vivace, ricco di negozi e locali, mercatini, botteghe storiche e multietniche.

Un giro nei dintorni: L’appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici; fermata M1 PASTEUR sotto casa, supermercato e farmacia sotto casa, di fronte uno bar-pasticceria storico dove potrai gustare un tipico caffè italiano e dolci strepitosi. What else? In pochi metri troverai di tutto e di più…devi solo sperimentare! Stazione FS Centrale  a 4 fermate di metropolitana. Supermercati e negozi di ogni genere a pochi passi.

The address, on the first stretch of Viale Monza, guarantees perfect convenience and proximity to the centre (10 minutes by underground line M1).
The flat is characterised by the functionality of the spaces: from the entrance one finds oneself in front of the living room, habitable kitchen with separate balcony on the right. On the left the sleeping area: wardrobe hallway to windowed bathroom equipped with shower and bathtub. The bedroom is spacious, with a wardrobe with 4 large doors and a balcony. Central heating and air conditioning in every room. An ideal solution for singles and couples, travelling managers who wish to combine one of the most convenient areas of Milan with the tranquillity of living.

Guest Access: From the gate on the ground floor, one enters through a glass door into an entrance hall where there are two lifts, up to the second floor. Crossing the threshold, one enters an entrance hall from which one enters the various rooms: in front is an airy living room with dining table, bookcase and Smart TV. On the left sleeping area: wardrobe hallway, double bedroom with large four-door wardrobe and balcony. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. To the right: Super-equipped eat-in kitchen with balcony, large fridge, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven etc. Marble floors. Underground station M1 under the house.

The neighborhood: The neighbourhood is residential and at the same time lively, full of shops and clubs, markets, historical and multi-ethnic shops.

A tour around the area: The flat is well served by public transport; M1 PASTEUR bus stop under the house, supermarket and pharmacy under the house, in front of a historical bar-pastry shop where you can enjoy a typical Italian coffee and amazing pastries. What else? In a few metres you will find everything and more…you just have to experiment! Central railway station 4 metro stops away. Supermarkets and shops of all kinds within walking distance.
